San Andreas was a more expansive game. It was also a lot more fun, but i felt some of the characters were a little too stereotypical. Plus a lot of the Vice City storyline seemed to be ripped off from scarface.

I think San Andreas has more features. You can learn different fighting styles and alter your physique. The multiplayer in San Andreas is more entertaining. Plus, I'd much rather play in the 90's than 80s.

I think grand theft auto san andreas was a better game than vice city by far.

i really loved both when they first came out but by todays standards id take SA though i like VC's plot moreso.

Both are fantastic games but I LOVED Vice City. The whole 80's theme just killed me. The atmosphere, the outfits and especially the MUSIC are just classic stuff. Plus Vercetti's the best character of the modern GTA games (though I haven't played part 4 yet).Stevo

I liked Grand theft Auto San Andreas better, just due to the fact that there was so many more improvements and more to do.

San Andreas all the way, mostly because it was a bit easier for me :3But I also liked all the new options it gave compared to Vice City. Despite this, I personally liked Tommy better.
