i think DS xL.....there doesnt seem to be like a need for 3D gaming right now....

i like to have a dsi xl.. because of the screen size. i already have a ds lite.about 3ds, i think the 3d will not affect too much on how we enjoy a game... and the 3ds screen is so little compare to dsi xl.

i would choose 3ds:] i think its awsome looking with better graphics.I'm happy with my DSi XL. I think it's way to early for Nintendo to bring out the 3DS. They just brought out the DSi XL. Why put a new handheld on the market this soon?

I didn't think people would chose other than 3DS but I guess that I was wrong :PI'd say the 3DS. Forget the 3D, that is irrelevant. It is the better graphics etc that has me so excited. Portable ocarina of time? That has to be awesome.

I have reasons to get either of them:The DSi because there are some download able games that I've been looking forward to for a long time. On the other hand, the 3DS will launch with remakes of Star Fox 64 and Ocarina of Time, two of my favorite games for the N64, and on top of that, I have not enough money to buy either, so, theoretically speaking, by the time I get the money to buy one it is very likely that both will be on the market, although the DSi will have some advantage due to the fact that will be cheaper compared to the 3DS, although I'm not sure of the price difference.And as you can read my dilemma, I don't know which one I should get, what is you opinion about it?

I personally don't have a DSi XL because I was and still am pretty content with my DS. There are plenty of games I still have not played on the DS that I need to catch up on. The 3DS provides lots of interesting possibilities, including full polygonal 3D, in addition to the glasses-free 3D. Since the 3DS has everything the DSi has, I would rather have the 3DS.

well, I'm a DS-collector, so I would know. I'm not sure why any normal person would go buy a DSi XL. It's like for old people! It's cool, and big, fun to show off and play, but it's not portable. too big, and sorta ugly. an average person should just get the 3DS for the added effects/exp/and device-locked games. DSi XL did nothing to the DSi pretty much. 3 free brainage downloads??

I'm looking to get a 3DS for the main reason that i don't wanna miss out when a great game comes out for that system exclusively.
