Two eggs are available for cooking. What do you do with them? (You can cook them with salt/pepper/herbs)Sunny-side up? Scrambled? Hard-boiled? Smothered all over the pan and undercooked???I'd go with some deviled eggs.

I usually take sunny side up. There was this preparation where it was hard boiled and then mashed with mayonnaise That was pretty good too.I also take omelet when i feel like it.

I would go for scrambled eggs (I like scrambled eggs but not omelettes for some reason). I also like eggs benedict.

If I have to make them, I'll scramble them...mostly because it's the only way I know how to cook them myself. If someone else is cooking, I'll opt for an omelette with cheese, mushrooms, bellpeppers....depends what I can find in the fridge. Regardless, either type gets herbs added to it. They're liberally mixed with pepper, seasoned salt, Mrs. Dash, and garlic powder.

Scrambled is my easy favorite, but not the way they make them in restaurants. When you order scrambled eggs, they're generally served in rubber-like chunks. When I make them, I keep the eggs moving around in the pan while they cook, then serve them up nice and soft with a little moisture (mainly from the milk and cheese I add to the mix), but not runny. Man I hate runny scrambled eggs, almost as badly as rubbery ones.

I'll take mine in a chocolate cake please XDIf you're talking real eggs though, it's a toss up between scrambled eggs and deviled eggs, with a narrow win to scrambled eggs because I can actually make them. I tend to use a lot of cheese and garlic powder in my version. Deviled eggs are something that I have trouble with. I never want to use enough mayo to make them actually taste good.

HAHAHA eggs? :awesome: i loveee eggs. the way i use to eat them as a child just cracked (raw) over rice with a bit of soy sauce. this was when my mom didn't want me using the stove. i know it sounds gross, but hey i don't care. it was delicious to me at the time.

Some deviled eggs sound REALLY good right now, but usually I'll make scrambled eggs for a breakfast burrito. :3

Over easy, for sure. Though it's hard to keep the yolk intact.

Given the recent scare (at least here in CA, I don't know about the rest of the country) we've had with eggs.... I'd prefer mine without salmonella, please. :foldarms:
