I prefer my eggs poached hard. Its a fine line between hard boiled and over easy that I enjoy.

Scrambled: toss in some chili pepper (Powdered or not, both are great.)But generally I like them over-easy, with sausage or fried bacon

Personally i dont eat eggs or alot of different breakfast stuff (Tomatoes , mushrooms) as i simply dont like them. But sauages and potatoes and pancakes are nice

Going for adding half a bowl of bacons, ham, cheese, green peppers, tomtatoes, bell mushrooms, chorizo, fish flakes and a pinch of salt, pepper and dried nori in scrambling 6 eggs. Top it off, I'd sandwhich them between two waffles and add (and I'm not kidding around here) pancake syrup over the whole thing... Breakfast Heaven for the whole family!

I can eat it hard boil or fried eggs. I like my eggs well cooked and no yolk moving around.
