i'd have people in shackles. The animator that draws Gorillaz? Shackled. Damon Albarn and the people behind Gorillaz? Shackled. Brian DiMaggio and the other guy that made Avatar: The Last Airbender? Shackled. Shackle blacksmiths? Shackled.I'd then pump the world full of my own taste. Mr Bean, Doctor Who, Avatar: Last Airbender (up to season 95 
) and Neon Genesis Evangelion on every channel, and pr0n on all the rest. All the music would be Escape the Fate, Gorillaz and The Cure. And it would all be NEW

Firstly, i would like to point out. This world belongs to each and everyone of us, no one owns it!If i became a diety overlord godly being of earth, i would firstly kill off every single person who wants to fight or go to war, like a virus, as soon as it comes into their heads, they DIE! Then i would make myself an island, fill it with clones of my gf and live the rest of my life being nagged and being happy.

First,I'd kill anyone who tries to stop me.Next,I'd built lots of costume shops all over the place,I like costumes. 
Then,I'd force everyone to buy at least one costume.Finally,I'd go build a small town,fill it with people of my choice,and I'd have my costume wearing empire!Oh yeah,and if anyone wears a human costume,they get imprisoned for a year,being forced to wear embarrassing costumes.

Why would you do all that if you owned this world? You can do anything you want to it.I guess I'd impose communism all over the world! HAHAHAHA! I own the world and everything so I may as well do that. I also hear many people have communism-phobia. But seriously, I wouldn't want to rule it even if i owned it. I'm no good. I'd just impose a few rules here and there so that it progresses in a better direction. Possibly ban all war by buying all weapons and weapon factories and forcing them to shut down. Then spread the peaceful style of life, bro!

As it is, I would collect scientific minds and have them work on specific things. I would particularly make most of them work on establishing a good form of coloniziation and travel to start spreading my power having other worlds in the event of a global emergency. I would have workers, giving many people jobs to yes, start to 'harvest' natural resources and stockpile them up.I would have people journey the world and collect books to have copied in both physical and digital ways. I would establish a Credit form of currency to replace the old money system and have another group of scientists work on security for it and other things.Seek Medical advancements that would NOT require the use of nanomachines.I could list a lot of things, but even if I controlled all of the people in the world, most wouldn't be accomplished.Oh, wait you said if I owned the world? I guess I would own the World, maybe get a medal, and then be aimed at by many others who wish to possess the World. Yup, Mhm.

i would instill mutual courtesy and respect in everyone. my secret police would take out anybody who's rude, annoying, or devious. i'd hunt down all the posers and wannabes in the world and show em that acting lika tough guy in safe society like america is done. all the fakes would be shown the true meaning of hell

1. Get rid of all religion
2. No corrupt govt..except one ran by me(that's fine)
3. No new tech. without my permission
4. Innovate and make space travel possible, so i can take the galaxy also and become supreme ruler of the universe through superior strength and intelligence

Wow, this will be a very big responsibility for me. As of now, If ever I own the world, I would like to bring back paradise. And try to hire scientis so that extinct animasl can be resurrected. I always dreamt of seing those dinosaurs and other rarely seen animals. Then after wards, I would have to hire engineers so that we could build bridge to the moon. Imagine how fun it is if everyone can go to the moon.

I'd put more limits on patents to stop it from clogging the industry. Also give monetary rewards for scientific advancements. But for chuckles I'd force developers to make an entire 100 video-game series adaptation of Alf.

If the world was mine then sh*t would actually get done, enough of being dependent on oil/gas, free med care for everybody, no currency, only a trade system because items are the only thing valuable, and the best medics in the world to try and stop diseases instead of money grubbing and beating around the bush like they already do. So if the world was in my care, if everyone tried to get along, the world would be a better place

I would have best supercomputer in the world just for my gaming needs. The most comfy chair in the world *O* and then I would get a bunch of game designers together and make them put together a game that matches everything I would ever want in a game and it would be perfect just for my wants. nom nom nom and of course I would get my gf to make me a samwich
