No, I personally don't think it's worth buying a 3DS when my regular DS works just fine. If my DS were to break on though, then I would consider buying one.

I'd like to get one eventually, but not right at the moment. Like chaosmagez, I had sort of planned to hold out until either my DSlite broke, or until there was a flash card for the 3DS. Ironically, my DSlite has continued on its hinge breaking demise, but I can't afford the $250 for the 3DS right now. So I'm going to try to replace the case, fail miserably, and buy a 3DS anyway.

3D is not very good for your eyes (as nintendo readily admits), so definite no FOR NOW. If the quality of the right games are release i.e a decent Fire emblem, Mario RPG, or some other series revival ( crossing fingers for Earthbound), I would consider buying even if i never used the 3D features.

Maybe - there are a few games I'm looking forward to but right now it's definitely not worth it for me. I'll consider it when the price drops and more 3DS-exclusive games are out.

Personally I haven't seen anything about it yet that screams buy me. I just bought a DSiXL in November, and the 3D graphics of the 3ds just aren't enough of a draw for me to plop down the money yet. Plus the game line up of 3D titles just isn't all that hot right now.
