I'm really addicted with the super contests in Pokemon Diamon and Pearl's (I play Platinum version) I've got the ribbons of all categories, but I only made it to the Master Rank on the Beauty category. I even have pokemons specialized on contests (which absolutely are not specialized in battles ) I'm currently storing money for the rare ribbons on the ribbon society.What do you think of Super Contests and Ribbons?

I want them because I get to discover the attack combinations that will astonish the judges. The dance part is hard though.

i hate em. think it's a stupid waste of time that doesn't contribute anything to the game. i guess the contests are supposed to add depth and provide a kinda sidequest for the game, but it feels really dumb to me. i dunno i guess i'm jus old school. i like classic rpg's with the regular treasure-hunting sidequests that help you defeat the super-difficult boss at the end

While I don't play in the contests alot myself I do like them. It adds some depth to the game and it isn't amazing they're doing it. They seem to be steadily showing that pokemon aren't just for fighting but also used in mining, construction, police force,...

I like the Super Contest, it makes me feel more valued when I win and increases self-esteem of my Pokemon .How many ribbons I have to get into society of ribbons?

you know i dont go to contest inside. i never been in there. i think just boring. this game not beautifull contest game. this game is pokemon. catch them all just. and win the battles.
