My 2 year old has just been given an old NDS Lite. He loves Junior Clasic Games as he can just touch the pictures to get to the game he wants but I want to know what other games to get for him. What do you suggest?pc_docGPs were deducted for this post, please read the rules! - tedsb16

Hmm, kids, thats a hard one... Even more so if they cant read yet.Could try game titles from kid tv shows... Not sure what kids watch anymore. Once you find a game that is also a tv show use youtube to see the gameplay of that game. See if its fit for a kid to play? Video reviews give you a greater insight to gameplay then a written review.

Thanks, The local games shop suggested titles like Lego Batman, but my son dosen't like Batman yet. He loves Thomas the Tank Engine. His older brother (4 Years old) is just trying the Lego Star Wars but I think it is still too hard.pc_doc

There is a Thomas and Friends DS game out, my four year old plays it. Also quite good for the younger ones are Sam Power (the name changes from country to country so it might be called something like Tim Power or something in Austrailia), there's a handy man, police officer and fireman Sam Power game. Do you have Peppa Pig and Fireman Sam over there? These are quite popular kids shows for younger veiwers and I know there is a Fireman Sam game and 2 Peppa Pig games that require no reading. Also I think the I did It Mum range are good for pre schoolers. Hope this is of some help to you.

Well any of the lego games would be recomended because there's basically no penalty for failure, so they can hack at it for an hour or so without have you come and reset the game. My 4 year old boy loves Mario Kart DS and New Mario Bros. Even though he needs help he loves it.

Thanks heaps! I may have to request these titles at the local shop as I've not seen any Thomas, Pepper Pig, Fireman Sam or Postman Pat games. I thought Junior Brain trainer would be good as it says on the box it is for ages 4 and up but the test includes multiplications, the unlockable games seem ok but I have to do the training for them.pc_docJust found a Thomas one. I'll try it in the morning!
