Haha, I read that a while ago. The manga, not the anime. The anime Sakura has horrible brown hair... and I don't like it. =PCardcaptor Sakura, I think it was. I like Sakura in the manga (her hair is cute, okay? x.x; ), but I don't really like a lot of her in the anime. I don't even remember the theme song... >u>

It was an awesome anime. I remember watching it on WB Kids when a new episode was coming up. I liked the cards and their powers as well; I'd love it if Cardcaptors *somehow* made a comeback. :o

Well, I don't think Card Captor Sakura was actually similar to Yu-gi-oh in any way...Though the version that aired in the US is significantly cut and different from the original. I wonder if it was so different that it was actually similar to YGO...?

I remember that little show! I never watched it once. Was it any good? It seemed a tad feminine.

Worth the download? I haven't thought about downloading it to my anime library yet.

I watched all 70 episodes and 2 movies of it on youtube. Each episode comes in 2 parts and not a single one has been removed! :D Just the final movie was never dubbed in english, so you have to read it... Really crappy end, makes to many new questions!

Of course I remember that anime! I used to watch that as a kid. I also watched its movie. It had a very cute ending. One of my most favorites ever.

I think I watched a couple episodes of it when I was a kid and thought it was dumb, even though I'm gay for anything card related.

Oh yes! I loved Cardcaptor Sakura back when I was a kid.I watched up to 20 episodes of the dubbed version on the television, then I switched to subs and realized the whole world of difference it made...Ah, the good memories. Well, you gotta have an open mind when you watch it though, because this seemingly innocent show has:1) Shounen-ai2) Shoujo-ai3) The forbidden Teacher x Student thingWell it's all very minor so I guess it doesn't matter. Come to think of it, I didn't even realize it back in the old days. I was just like "Okay. What's next?"

cardcaptor sakura!? I remember that show I think it had the chick with the cards and her buddy with a sword? Now that I think about it they remind me of Syaoran and old girl from Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles

Well, both were written by CLAMP, and since CLAMP likes to integrate their characters, like Watanuki and Yuuko from xxxHolic to Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles, or Sakura, Syaoran, Touya and Yukito from Cardcaptor Sakura to Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles. Or some random guest appearances in Kobato. There's a probability that they were lazy, but I still like their way of doing things.

LOL, i remember that show! I use to watch that a long time ago and it’s because of that series that I read the Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle because they have the same main characters in it. Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle manga was pretty good but, the anime for it was terrible...
