Hi. Has anyone here managed to load the "1905 - Luxor: Pharaoh's Challenge" ROM on your R4? Mine freezes after i try to load the ROM :lmao:

.From R4 website : Home > Products > DownloadUpdate R4 v1.15 kernel 2008-1-81）Solved the 1905 problem I'll try this later today <3I have now upgraded to firmware 1.15 and my problem is solved. That's the solution for anyone having the same problem.

Well I'm a big sim-game-esque fan. Whatever you call it lol.And yeah I got the latest firmware it still doesn't work. D=All I get is both screens turn white. And appperently I'm not the only one with this problem.

I think u can try downgrading the versions of the kernal to the earlier ones?cuz interestingly I manage to solve my own problem with the game #535 (>_>) ...and that was downgrading my version to v1.05 and finally the game could be played instead of getting a black screen.

so maybe I thought your problem could be similar to mine. so I hope this will help...

when I buy my sold seperately MicroSD flash card that just goes into the MicroSD Card Reader so what would be the purpose of the "R4 DS" somebody please explain what the r4ds card does if I have to buy a whole seperate card to put into the card readerhttp://www.ecrater.c...php?pid=1462550 is the one im getting

To use it in your DS, the reader is given so you can put stuff in your micro SD.

So far the best Snes Emu is probably SNEmulDS, the latest version is v0.6 but don't expect that you can play all the snes roms.

hi,can anyone help me? ive just got a R4 but it doesnt have the CD rom in it..do i need it to download stuff off it to make it work on my ds? or am i simply wasting my time trying to find out what its for???tryed puting game onto memory card but its not working!!!also how to i unzip files so they work???sooo confused!!!

Go here:http://www.linfoxdom...om/nintendo/ds/Download the latest firmware for the R4 and Winrar under Essential Utilities if you don't have it.Install it, then right click on the firmware that you downloaded and extract it. Copy the _system_ folder and other files to the root of your card.The root is X:/ where X is your drive letter.

Click on "R4 DS", then click on "R4_v1.16_English.zip". Then use Winrar to extract it.

Do you guys know of a good GBA emulator that I can use on my R4?EDIT* I saw a link on the FAQ, but I'm not exactly sure on how to install it, or if it even works.

Q: How can I play GBA roms with a slot 1 flashcart?A: For most slot 1 flashcarts you can use the Ezflash 3in1 Expansion pack to play GBA roms. If your flashcart isn't the EzFlash brand then you'll need the hombrew program to run it which you can get here. Some other flashcarts like the M3 REAL comes with a GBA pack which you'll need to play GBA roms.

Any help? :|

You need a EzFlash 3in1, if you do then get Rudolph's 3in1 Exp pack tool. Create a folder called "GBA" in the root of your card and place all gba roms in there.Note: the EzFlash 3in1 is not a program it is a piece of hardware that goes into slot 2 of the DS.
