hi, where can i get tech brushes? if "deviant art" is the answer... is there a special way to look for them and how do i know they are tech?thnxs

is there a trick to signing up for deviant.com? cuz i tried to sign up, and they sent me a validation email, but when i tried to go to the link, it either said error or said that this site doesnt exist. oh, and do u have to pay to sign up?
