Is it possible to use chaos as a character? Also I want to know the easiest ways to get lvl 100 equipment. (without downloading it of the net)

No you can't play as Chaos as for lvl 100 fight and gear I don't know I think they over complicated with gear

well as they say you cant play as chaos but you can play as Feral Chaos(Chaos before he was sealed by the Great Will). as for equip not really only one way and its no pain no gain
