I generally level my starter up the highest, then once I get far enough into the game that I can pick and choose what I want to raise I'll go start to bring up an all star group.Replaying Fire Red, charmander is really goddamn cheap.

I like to get each of my pokemons to be prepare for everything I know thats imposible but you can get a pretty nice team if you focus on a stab and some "defense" mover like earthquiake for your fire or electric pokemon, tho if its a 6 pokemon team i will usually have a glass cannon or a pure power pokemon like metagross love to use hyper beam after meteor mash Attack bust

use exp share on a weak pokemon and battle with a strong pokemon ex: lv 5 bulbsaur with exp share, a lv 50 venusaur vs. a lv 50 balstoise= fast leveling

I like spamming the elite four and using a bunch of exp share things until they get to level 50 then i train them at victory roadI.e., using a party of 100 pokemon so no exp gets leeched

Depends on what pokemon you're referring to. Because in Black/White theres a new pokemon 'Audino' that gives you an amazingly high amount of exp. it is one of the easiest way to level so you usually use exp shares to level up other pokemon.

I usually train pokemon by skipping a few trainers and then training my weak pokemon by coming back to the ones that I missed.Works well and gives alot more exp than wild pokemon battles :D

in every pokemon game I played, in my team are:1 water pokemon,1 fire pokemon1 electric pokemon1 physics pokemonall of them have about the same level, and two other depend on which enemy I must face. so my team can be say followed the balanced team rather than only one superpower.

balanced... the powerhouse route only works if you pick a type that has little to no weaknesses.I use a rotation... if anything gets more than 2 levels above the rest it's out of rotation till the others catch up.

I grind through elite 4 a couple of times, in battles, take out my weakest pokemon and switch it with a strong one.

Well-rounded was always a good way to go. I loved yellow for allowing you to get bulbasaur, charmander and squirtle. Venusaur, charizard and blastoise were the staple of my team, aside from dragonite, mewtwo and zapdos

I just decided to fight stronger trainers. Ones that are usually almost five levels higher :(

I like to raise my pokemon to a high level first before going to a new town. I roam around on a lot of grasses.

train the starter pokemon up at the start, catch 2 or 3 evolvable pokemon and them train them all to the same level one at a time, get EXP share catch a late game pokemon train him up to as high as the starting pokemon, catch rare pokemon, give it expshare then beat the elite four, then train the starter, a flyer, a water or a grass type all to level 100, get bored, stop playing

My favourite way is to get through the game.. then buy enough vitamins from the Battle Frontier to EV train the Pokemon I want to use competitively (at level 1), then once I have all the EVs just spam rare candies
