I love to exercise, but I hate falling into a slump when I don't have time to. I can feel my arms and torso slowly get out of control when that happens.

I walk/run at least 3 days a week.....Must get that up to 5 days for the summer. O_O

i like jogging and am looking to start practicing a martial art. but of late i have not done much as i don't have a whole lo of time.

I love playing physically demanding sports, but everyone I play them with tires out fast or loses interest. For example, my friends and I went to play tennis on a bright Texas day and I found out they really are uncoordinated so they didnt want to play anymore. And then we occasionally play football but they never want to play longer than 40 min. :\ It's pretty frustrating considering I have a long endurance.

Yes. I love to run, I've been running for a while now and it is great. Sometimes the motivation isn't there, which sucks because I really want to run every day.

I love to work out and play games...a perfect mix of that is DDR =DI play my fair share of video games plus I do track and field, and play tennis and golf :o

I wander. There's a nice big park right in the center of campus and it feels great to get out every now and then to just get away from everything. I mean, it's funny since video games are entertainment, and yet some of them stress us out even more...

I am what most people would consider a gamer and yes i do get my fair share of exercise too. I was a varsity swimmer all 4 years of high school, going to districts multiple times and even state my senior year. I also play various other sports (although i do those more or less for fun, nothing to brag about lol).

I usually play soccer about 20 minutes a day. Keeps my mind off of gaming. :)

I usually try to do at least one physical activity a day, i feel like slob that plays games all day if don't. Also it hurts my eyes to stare at the screen for too long, so i go out for fresh air.

I love playing games but i dont really exercise much, i need to tho (all skin and bone T^T). It really depends on the persons' personality, if they feel too lazy to exercise, they wont, and people who do exercise will exercise. I try to vary it so i dont end up with cramps after getting up frm gaming. Got a finger and wrist injury due to excessive play of a FPS game. now im trying to lessen the pain and in the end heal it completely

I do pushups whenever I am bored. I grunt and sweat and sometimes people in the other room get the wrong impression... I also like running, but my knees are going bad recently. Anybody know how to fix that?

I run Cross Country and Track & Field for my school. I run 2-6 miles each day, six days a week, year-round, except for December and June, when I get lazy. I'm not really a gamer, though. I do have an obsession with Pokemon :), and I enjoy the occasional Zelda, but I don't really play very often. You're more likely to find me at the beach with a good book than at home in front of my computer.

All throughout high school i was on the girls golf team & was in marching band competitions. but when i get the chance i like to walking in the park that's nearest to my house and go golfing on my own. plus i love to ride my bike too. oh & dance :D :D

Lol. I freerun and do mma. I have to work out. Even when I get lazy and skip working out, the freerunning and mma usually do the trick to get me in shape. I love working out and doing physical things with a passion. Its so much fun =D

Sit on the ground with your back to the wall, on the wall. Lift one leg up for 30 seconds then switch to the other. Then lift both for 30 seconds. This strengthens the muscles around the knees.
