Sit on the ground with your back to the wall, on the wall. Lift one leg up for 30 seconds then switch to the other. Then lift both for 30 seconds. This strengthens the muscles around the knees.I do pushups whenever I am bored. I grunt and sweat and sometimes people in the other room get the wrong impression... I also like running, but my knees are going bad recently. Anybody know how to fix that?
