My fist console was an NES, which I still have sitting in my closet. I have fond memories of that, though I am somewhat sad that I never had many games for it and that a lot of the more awesome games made for it never came out over here. But out of what I had, I'd have to say Legacy of the Wizard was my favorite and I played it so much when I was a kid that even today just remembering it makes me all misty eyed and nostalgic and gets the music stuck in my head (Mind you, the music was amazing for the time.)Meanwhile, my first handheld was a grape Gameboy Color (which I bought along with Pokemon Yellow, because I was like, six or seven at the time.) Again, I didn't have many games for it sadly, but I still have fond memories of the ones I did. Sometimes I kinda wish I could go back in time and recapture that sort of innocence and wonder of playing these games for the first time, back before the novelty of a new game had sorta worn off for me.

Kanaka, the NES is totally an awesome very first console, right!? I started out on the NES as well, when I was six I recall my father upgrading to a Nintendo 64, which blew my mind at the time. I have fond memories of playing NES titles such as Life Force and SMB; I could finish SMB twice (i.e. Hard Mode) when I was about 4.

My teal GBC was my very first game system which also included Pokemon Yellow. Even the handhelds of today will never feel as impressive as my GBC did when I first unwrapped it. Gosh, I must have went through a thousand batteries for all the hours I played with it. I held onto it for 10 years before finally giving it away to a first grader that I babysat. I never had the heart to throw it out even though I had upgraded to a GBA SP.

My first system was the N64. My first game for it was Pokemon Snap (in my opinion one of the worst Pokemon games ever). My favorite game ever for the N64 though was Space Invaders. If I still had the power cord for my N64 I'd still be playing it.

Mine, though it was really my dad's, not mine, was actually... Ehh... The Intellivision II. Yeah, that was an odd one to start out with. But we had an NES, too. First system I actually owned was the Game Boy Color, with Pokémon Blue.

Very first system I ever had is my Super Nintendo, not 64. Dad and I still play street fighter and mario. Next time I go back to my old city, I need to buy a new power cord for it. Got a new controller, but forgot the plug. x 3 x

Uh, let's see. I got one of those little Tiger Electronic games back when I was about 5 or 6. Does that count as a handheld game system? Later on, I got a Game Boy Color, a Game Boy Advance and a DS Lite.If you mean consoles as well, then the NES was my first system.

My very own first system was a GBA, but the very first console I was exposed to was the Genesis. Fitting.

My first system was the game boy color, as I don't know why I have never came across the NES or any other nintendo consoles,so the GBC was the first one I saw it and bought it.Then I upgraded to the Legendary Game boy Advance.*recalling those days in my head* Aaah sooo goood.

GBA is a great handheld for noobs, like me when I was like 6. It built you up to the point of your brain becoming an AI.

I always wanted to play a NES
