Corse it doesn't influence children. If ya notice it onyl influences people that always turn out to have royal mental problems. Plus when have ya ever heard of a guy killing another guy by jumping on their head whieldressed as mario? God the violence has been around before video games. ike some kid stabbed a baby in it's sleep & they swiftly blammed video games donkey iff theire's a video game where ya do that :D

I think once you expose children to violent games, they may be thinking already of these...violence. you'll never know until they start playing like the game itself...

Yeah I think that violent video games do influence childrend but I don't think it'll make them go out and shoot a bunch of people.

Yes and I did a similar project on myself and i found i was a lot worse than i usually was. I aslo found that my blood pressure rose from this experiment. But then again, all games that are fast and action packed usually raise blood pressure. I just think the amount it raises depends on how bad the game is.

I'd say that it depends on the child if the game is to violent so i will say"Yes, some games and only children who can't tell reality from fiction."But for me it can't be too much violence

Some and cant tell real from fiction.I mean ppl could be natraully born violent, but ppl should have common sense to know they dont have an extra life when they fall from a cliff. Also It can be for a grudge and then they try to imitate it, but thats how the world is. I cant be perfect, and violence is one of the reasons.

Bah, dun think that video gaming will influence all children to violence, won't all children who play video games be violent, then?I chose "Yes, some games and only children who can't tell reality from fiction."

Yes, some games, and only to messed up kids who are left in front of games a a form of babysitter and already have some kind of predisposition to violence.Anyway, GTA3 may make men want to go and shoot people, but here in ENgland guns are hard to come by, and if you gave me a gun with a loaded, empty clip, a fresh clip to put in and had the safety lock on, it's take me ten minutes to figure it out, and then i'd treat it like a red ryder BB gun...Remember, it doesn't teach me how to wield a wepaon, use it, reload it et cetera, and how on earth does mr Thompson think kirby is a 'cannibalism simulator' when Kirby doesn't eat other kirbies... he can't eat the kirby-clones from one of the GBA games, they give no power.

Yes. But I think not every kid believes that you can do the violence like in some video games could be in the real life.

i say its the same as movies. if they have r ratings or ma ratings then its the fault of the user for any outcome of watching/playing the game/movie

Yeah, the in here is to bear in mind that it's only a game, not reality and that violence doesn't solve anything in real life

I think some games make some kids act violent but not all. The games that makes them act violent shouldn't be taken away from the public though.

Yeh, some games do influence young children. it makes them think that violence is ok. But thats why they have game ratings, its to prevent young children from viewing content which is too explicit for their eyes. But parents still cave into their plea's for violent games. sometimes i wonder if they should just take of the warning label, since it doesn't stop people who are younger than the warning from buying it anyway.
