Allow a headache to run its course or take painkillers ?

If I have something important to do I will take the pills. Like this morning I woke up with a Blistering Headache and I had to go to work. No way was I letting it bother me all day. Normally if I have no reason to get rid of it I’ll just ride it out.

I let it run it course because i dont want to get addicted to painkillers. I dont want to have to rely on something like painkillers for a simple headache. If it get worse then i probably will have to take medication but usually the headache lasts a day or a few days max.
