Does anybody know the release date of the NGP?

On February 18, 2011, NG-Gamer reported that the Next Generation Portable will be released during Q4 2011, in Japan and North America. Sony is pushing hard to ensure a Q4 release for North America, while the European release date will be bumped into 2012; Sony hopes to have produced enough units to release the handheld in February or March 2012.
