Will usually read the Cracked website - they've got some pretty funny/interesting weird posts there. 
Alternatively, reading fanfiction kills a lot of time, too.

I usually either watch T.V, surf the web, or listen to music. When I'm bored, I flip through the channels to see what's on. If they're not showing anything good, I surf the web or listen to music. I also go over to friends house and play either the ps3 or play a board game, such as taboo or monopoly.
