Yeah I admit it, I'm a pirate I pirate Nintendo DS Games because I can't afford them and not only that but I get a thrill out of messing with flash carts. When I bought my Nintendo 3DS back in June, I bought it knowing I would NEVER buy a 3DS game and that I'd more than likely just wait for a flash cart for it no matter how long it took, either that or if I found a job maybe just maybe I'd buy some games.Ever since June I've been hanging out with a street pass group and I've made plenty of new friends and have hung out with these people tons of times on various occasions. All the while when they'd ask if I was getting such and such game my response would be "No, I'm not really into that kind of game" or "Nah it's just another remake of a classic I'm not into remakes of old titles" (I really don't like remakes of older titles).I've had some extra money on me I could have used to buy a few 3DS games, probably maybe 5 or so but instead I decided not to buy any and just to save that money and use it to get into town so I can hang out at more street pass events. I even decided to buy a new flash cart for myself and a new micro sdhc card for my birthday rather than buying a 3DS game or two.My friends know I pirate, I've admitted it to them whenever I was asked or whenever the topic was brought up. I have nothing to hide and no shame in what I do. What I'm afraid of is that people will look at me differently because I pirate my games rather than buy them at least for now since I can not afford them. For example, the one thing that bugs my nerves is when I hang out some people play pokemon and they say to me "Hey want to battle? Or trade?" I'd try and find an excuse out of it or say sure..But I don't own the game I play a ROM so we'd have to use local connection instead of infrared and they don't seem to understand why infrared doesn't work for me. It makes me feel like they may look at me differently.I don't know maybe I'm just a bit depressed it was just on my mind and I needed to get it off my chest.--Nick aka TearGod.

Jesus, aren't you a nice guy? -_-Why not buy the games that your friends play, and just pirate the rest? Like sure, single player games like Zelda are no problem, but if your buddies all play Pokemon or something, just shell out the cash for those, and pirate the rest. Hell, it's not like DS games are terribly expensive, anywayYou have no friends you **** liar.

wait...why is it important that you can play pokeman with all yo friends? and how fickle are your friends if that might change their opinion of you. If its that bad play console fighting games

well i do have games that i have paid for and i do have ROM. most of the time i download roms to see what a game is like because i don't want to fork out money and find out its no good. i think it would be a good idea if you buy at least some games. i mean if companies lose money because no one is buying there games and just download them then they might go under as a lot of them have already.

If you ask me, piracy for N3DS is a good thing. I'm anti-N3DS, im against all gaming and anything else that is branded "3d". If the gaming companies can't make money it's a good thing for me, a retro gamer 
closest i get to 3d is on my 360.I would like to point out thast downloading games doesnt brand you as a pirate, just someone who uses pirated goods.If you can't buy them. use the ROMs and wait untill you can buy the real thing.
