Hello everyone. I was wondering if anyone could assist me with some emulation problems. Recently I have downloaded two types of Pokemon Emeralds from this site, an American version by Trashman, and a French version by Rising Sun. Neither are working or functioning properly with my Visual Boy Advance Emulator, and don't load at all. Am I using an emulator that simply has some bugs with certain games? Know any others that work properly with these games? Please do help. I have wasted 13 DP on items that do not work, and just hope that it is a problem with my emulator. Much Appreciated, Dark Divinity

Extremely odd, because those roms work properly for a lot of people. Maybe you should unzip the roms, and see if they work then, maybe that's the problem.

This is a known problem with pokemon emerald Ruby and Sapphire :(It's also easy to fix. Try this: http://www.dgemu.com...-your-roms/Look in the folder that contains your ROM for an SAV file. If one exists, Delete it before following the guide above. If nothing works, I'll upload a save game, You import it then you start anew- That has always worked for me :)

If you have winRAR or 7zip, make sure to open the archives in VBA, not the individual files.
