What is pokesav?
It is a modification tool that writes codes processed by a hardware system such as an Action Replay, or software program such as an Emulator. Here is a picture for a general idea of what pokesavlooks like:

You can create anything from money cheats to pokemon modifications of any kind to item cheats and various others. Note: Most pokemon modification cheats such as one I am going to paste below replace all in your party or particular boxes. Also you can make the stats of pokemon 999, but they will return to the IV/EV status once put in any box in your PC, so maxing out the IV/EV levels is probably the best way to have ridiculously strong pokemon. I will come back later with a more detailed explanation and tutorial with how pokesav is used. But for now I recommend watching tutorials on youtube as visual reference is much better and makes everything that much simpler.

However their are very few bugs and they don't complicate making larger cheats. So make sure you have both downloads for them:

Last one was appearing as a Trojan by one program, and while it had no issues I do not want to take the chances and be responsible for mistakenly distributing harmful software to others computers. Taken down and will be revamped soon I hope, if yours still works, let me know as AD-Aware is a trustful, but paranoid program that detects almost anything as a trojan file, not even kidding)

PokeGen. This little handy program works for Diamond, Pearl, HeartGold, SoulSilver, and Platinum. This program generates pokemon of your specifications, however they can only be IV/EV maxed and cannot have 999 stats:

These are all under my account on Mediafire, have fun with hax x3. Oh and here is the code I promised. It is for Diamond and Pearl!!! Don't use it on other games, it won't work. It replaces your party so be sure to have a crappy pokemon you do not want as the only thing in your party if you want to use this code. You get 3 pokemon: A shiny Rayquaza with Immunity, Deoxys(Defense form) with No Guard and KO moves, and a Spiritomb with Wonderguard.(Actually works unlike other screw-ups.) They all have 999 stats until you put them into the PC. Have fun!!

I put the codes in spoiler tags to reduce the post size, it also looks a lot tidier that way
my action replay broke.
