Breath of Fire
Paladin Quest SNES
Generally I like RPGs where you can go off the rails even if only a little bit.

I used to play Wild Arms too , but sadly , I never ever completed one. I played Wild Arms 1 and 3 and the one on the PS2 (Forgot title). Nice choice!Wild Arms has always held a special place for me, but really anything with a good story. I am also a fan of anime sprites so anything with those would be great too

I've loved everything Square put out for the Super Famicom - not the SNES, the Famicom. Seiken Densetsu 3 (Secret of Mana 2), Romancing SaGa 3, Rudra's Secret Treasure, Live A Live, FF5... And that's not to mention all the ones I know you're more familiar with: Super Mario RPG, FF 2/3 (4J/6J), Chrono Trigger, Secret of Mana. I could play all those forever and never get tired!

1. Legend of Dragoon
2. Fire Emblem 1 & 2
3. .Hack G.U. vol 1-3
4. Final Fantasy 7
I am really wanting to get a copy of Legend of Dragoon. I played the demo once, but never got around to playing the full version. I am not really sure which rpgs I would mention myself as favourites. Maybe something like
1. Final Fantasy 4
2. Elder Scrolls: Morrowind
3. Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch
4. Fallout 3
5. Dragon Age Origin
It is hard to say though, as I took a break from gaming for a while. So have probably forgotten a lot of rpgs I used to love.

Mother series. Especially Mother 3. It's quirky, silly, funny, scary, and disturbing.
I was never patient enough for the Mother series. I also don't think I would like the limited space for the items, but then again, I liked Super Mario RPG Legend of the Seven Stars. Besides, I already know what happens in all the games. I saw playthroughs of Mother with Ninten, Mother 2 with Ness, and Mother 3 with Lucas. So I don't think I need to take the time to play it myself since I already knows what happens.

Gotta go with FF8 here. I don't care how many people dislike it, I loved the game - partly because I enjoyed the story and understood the main character. It's about the pain of growing up; not all the other high-'n'-mighty stuff. The whole point is that as you grow up, you try to be someone you're not - and as time goes on, you can't be that person anymore; but no one's taught you how to be yourself as an adult. And it's that childishness that causes Time Compression - the desire to never have to change and adapt to the world - courage comes from shattering it.
