i have a xbox 360. to me it depends on what kind of games you like to play. but if your talking about overall i think ps3 is better. you dont pay to play online, you have free internet, and play old school ps1 games. everything that xbox got on their latest update ps3 already had

Was never a fan of xbox. Didnt like the xbox controllers. Played on PS and PS2 so i will have to go with PS3. Sorry ya i am biased.

I have owned a 360 for several years, and it's an excellent console. I also got a PS3 on Black Friday, but haven't played it so much, but they are both excellent systems.Pros of 360:-Great online play.-Cross game party chat with friends.-Tons of great third party support.Pros of PS3:-Far better exclusives.-Blu-Ray Player.-Slightly better graphics.

I like the PS3 better since I can play the games in much better quality. Also, I like the PS3 controller a lot better than the Xbox360.

I prefer the xbox 360,im used to the controlls because i own an original xbox,ive played the original playstation just for Digimon world 3.and ive played the ps3, a little MGS4 and FF XIII,didnt care for FFXIII or the controls on the ps3.i just prefer the xbox 360, more for the games, like fable 3, halo reach,and any other game id play like oblivion, skyrim, or tales of vesperia; i can just play them on the xbox 360

Nono, gas station's right. The PS2 is the best console ever. It's still widely used throughout the world and still has games being produced for it, albeit those games are all Japanese.I personally have to say that the PS3 is better than the Xbox 360. I've had my Xbox 360 for a couple more years than my PS3 but I never really used it. I never used it was because I didn't want to pay to play online and the selection of games that were available for the 360 didn't interest me. One thing I'll give to Microsoft is the Xbox 360 controller. Sony's Sixaxis controller just doesn't feel good for most games. I have some shooter and action adventure games that the Xbox controller just feels made to be used for.Uh, do you mean the PS3? In any case, I prefer it over the 360.

Ps3 is tons better, but i do like the controllers on the 360, they feel better for somereason. Other than that ps3 all the way

I like the PS3 just because I got tired of paying to play my xbox games online. The xbox is still fun, but the cost adds up to way to much paying every month.

It depends for me. Multiplayer games ->Xbox360 and then singleplayer games -> PS3. But overall, I still prefer my PS3.

It really depends on the person in my opinion. I mean I have both. I love racing games/sports/fighting games/shooting on my 360, seems easier to enteract with the controls of the 360. However rpgs rule my ps3. I have always been a fan of the final fantasy series, and could not help but want to play the new ones on the ps3 since I have started with 6 on the first gen playstation.

Xbox is better than the PS3 because Xbox is secure. Even though it is made by America, the arcade shop is diverse with unknown game developers' games for you to play at a cheap cost. Minecraft is coming out too

the PS3 DID had 1080p Before the Xbox did, but there are LITERALLY only 2 1080p PS3 games available.

It really depends on your personal preferences. Its difficult to say whether one console is better than the other.
I personally prefer the Xbox 360, mainly because I've had it longer than my PS3 and I'm used to the interface and controller of it.

lmao i dont think every1 can afford buying both , in any case i dont own any but as i heard Xbox games are cheaper than PS3 but those cheap games cannot be played online cuz they're copied ones not original, and you gotta pay for playing online too so Xbox 360=paying for original cds+paying for internet, while in ps3 you'll only pay for the cds so from what i just said it is easy to conclude that ps3 is better but as i said i dont own any so im a little ignorant about whats better.None is better than one another. own both, and each offer their own strong points. Overall i think both of them are good though ps3 has a slight advantage over Xbox360.

PS3 is better if you want to play online for no charge, but xbox 360 is better for a more vast online experience.

In the first few years it was, more games and cheaper. Right now however the xbox is mostly just a gutted living room PC with barely any exclusive titles while the PS3 is piling on the exclusive content. The PS3 is definitely right now the better gaming console.
