Being Topless in Public

Men can mow their lawns in the summer, can walk down the sidewalk in town, and even enter some stores without a shirt on, so should women be allowed to do the same?Is it considered 'indecent' to see a women's breasts in that context?Even if you disagree: what about breastfeeding in public? Is it the same?Would you change your mind if a person, man or woman, looked attractive?Would you rather have the law changed to allow women to be shirtless, the same as men, or to have no one be allowed to be shirtless in public?
