Well to be honest i don't even think i'm the best to handle this kind of question, but i'll give it a go..Well i guess it simply depends on what your looking for in a system or that game systems games, what i mean is quite simple some people like handheld's due to the fact they're portable. Some people like the Xbox 360 simply for Xbox Live, and some like older models like the N64 or Sega for all their favorite classic games. It just depends on who you.I guess my point is could you elaborate and say why the Ps2 is better.

I would have to say the N64, because at the time when the expansion pack came out the graphics got to be better than that of the PlayStation,in the last year of the N64, several of the games had Dolby Digital surround sound support,i felt that the N64 is one of the best for at the time it had better sound, titles that i knew, and games that i still love to this day

I think SNES was the best console. Even if the graphic sucked the games were really fun to play on it. Beside that the only other console i owned was ps2.

PS3 is the best out there, although I don't even own one. It's got the best graphics and games (in my opinion). Luckily, the 360 is affordable, so that's what it has against the PS3.

I think that is PS2 too because the available games are a lot and you can buy them for a few money.but at the moment the best is obviously PS3: there are a lot of great games in HD and you can find them also for a few money, but the new releases cost too much unfortunately

I say PS3 because of the graphics and the features that it already has. I also have an Xbox360, but I use that for multiplayer games and ESPN

I think the best is the 3DS.

dreamcast has to be the best, the graphics are awesome and it had a huge selection of games, the only thing that killed it was that it was too easy to play copied games, it was a shame sega never recovered after the flop of the Saturn , and the easy way dreamcast games were copied and played, if they were still going i still think they would still be up there with Sony and Microsoft

Best console ever? If so, then I think the Nintendo 64 is the best.

Magnavox Odyssey.

It's the first home video game console therefore it's best because of introducing consoles to the world.

I have a Wii at home, and since the Wii has SSBB and MKW, it gets my vote. Of course only with GC Controllers q.q

For its time, the best console was definitely the Gamecube. Being able to hook up the gameboy and playing FFCC was the best gaming time I had ever spent.

for the gamer -- Xbox360 with Xbox live can not be beat --  It just can't be beat.   But for my kids the Wii has given them a lot of fun. There ARE good games out there for the Wii -- just have to look for them and read reviews before you buy the shovelware. I am hoping that the Wii U will be a big hit for families too.  Our Wii is perfect for not just the family but for friends coming over and playing party games like Wii Party

Ok, this is an easy question. The best console is the PS3. If you want to know why, well it's simple. The games graphism are the best there is, gameplay can't be beaten by any other console and stories are by far superior in majority than all older console. Now, you ll tell me X-box 360 and Wii U has pretty much the same games. But I hightly prefer the game controler of the PS3. That's why it's the best console there is.

The best console is probably the ps2. Seeing as how people still today play ps2 games, although not as often today. The ps2 was the absolute best system during its time, and had one of the longest running times of any system. It was my first console, and its what i grew up playing so maybe I"m just alittle attached XD
