well idk if i can make this real but i wrote a story and almost finished it and i told my firend about it (who watched many animes and knows whats a good story and a bad one) so i asked him about it and he said interesting but i dont think this will ever be published or if i can make it a novel or a manga but my friend told me that he have a friend which almost succeded at making a manga they only refused him because he was 16 or something so i wanna ask you can a 16 years old like me really succed in doing it and do you thing i should be serious about it ?

Yes, it is possible. Yes, you have to be serious about it. It won't be easy: much hard work and practice is needed. A few rejections are par for the course, in fact.
If you really want to be a writer, start with proper punctuation. It keeps you organised, and makes what you say easier to read. Both are useful practice for any sort of writing, even for comics or manga.

well thx, but my friend told me to read any good action novel so i can start writing better but idk where to find one.

It all comes down to how proficient you are at writing (like sentence flow, proper punctuation, stuff like that) and how creative you are. I'm a writer myself and once considered seriously going for the occupation, but now it's just a hobby, but I'm still quite good. There is such a thing as a child prodigy. Which would especially make sense when your refering to age. Like Molh said. If your really commited to something. Then just keep at it. Try little by little each time to improve. Especially grammar.
