If you really want to be a writer, start with proper punctuation. It keeps you organised, and makes what you say easier to read. Both are useful practice for any sort of writing, even for comics or manga.

Of coursemy friend told me that he have a friend which almost succeded at making a manga they only refused him because he was 16 or something so i wanna ask you can a 16 years old like me really succed in doing it and do you thing i should be serious about it ?
There is such a thing as a child prodigy. Which would especially make sense when your refering to age. Like Molh said. If your really commited to something. Then just keep at it. Try little by little each time to improve. Especially grammar.

thx man i will try my best im gonna rewrite my story and improve it after i read some action novels and one day you'll be watching an anime and you say **** thats awesome who made this story and you will see my name lolOf course

no really i will try my best and if i fail i'll have no regrets cuz at least i tried
That's the spirit. Keeping a positive attitude and aiming high is the best thing to do.
