U need to say more than "it no werk". R u on an emulator, flashcart? Is this the DS ROM or the dlc copy?

If you are having trouble with the game then I suggest you update:
Use the latest version of DeSmuME if you are using an emulator.
Update the firmware, etc if you are using a flashcart.
There are no problems with this ROM, no patch is required, etc.
