Like he said in real life game wise makes no sense what soever. What you should have said was what pro gamer is the best pokemon battler.

I don't think there is one.
If your asking about who plays the game the best and has the best unbeatable team and wins all the real world competions, I don't think anyone has won all or even most of them.
I know that they do hold events where people can go to find out whose best but thats only best at that one event.
If your talking in game then the first person to buy that 500 credit magikarp.
