-Mario
-Sonic
-Final Fantasy
-Pokemon
Mario and sonic are 2 good series that always have different game plays but always fun.
Final Fantasy always provide a good plot and story line.
Pokemon is a fun game that you could spend hours losing yourself in trying to perfect everything.

My favorite Nintendo series definitely goes to Zelda. The combat and puzzle combination pulls me much more than any of their other story based series. After that comes the Super Smash Bros. series (although I'm mostly a Melee purist there). Third comes Pokemon. First game I ever picked up, last one I'll put down.

It's actually hard to pick one that I don't really like, but the all time best would probably go to Zelda.
Golden Sun has really awesome puzzles and a good story.
Metroid has a great story and a kickin female lead
Super Smash Brothers is a great fighting game that is easy to learn and difficult to master.
Pokemon isn't included since I have only played the first generation of games.

Even though SSB has Sonic and Snake.

Mine goes to Zelda, as dies many others I'm sure. I really liked Banjo Kazooie and Banjo Tooie. I wish they had continues with this series.

Then the Pokemon series.
Last, the Phoenix Wright series.

My personal favorites are the Golden Sun series, Final Fantasy, Harvest Moon, Pokemon, Megaman Battle Network and good ol' Advance Wars.

Golden Sun for RPG, and Mario for pretty much everything else besides Simulation and Strategy. The Legend of Zelda series is also quite entertaining, even though I got into it a bit late. I think my first Zelda game was Ocarina of time, even though I was a nineties kid and could easily have gotten Awakening and LTTP...

I enjoy Pokemon the most out of all of what Nintendo does. It's the same thing every game, but somehow it's still endlessly entertaining.

Well, Pokemon since Diamond was the first real game I ever played.
Super Smash Bros Brawl, even if it has non Nintendo games.
I also love Kid Icarus Uprising but never played the first two old games.

I've gotta go with fire emblem. I love turn-based strategy games and the perma-deaths just make it more challenging. I've played almost every one now.
