so far the only M rated games I know of are:

There's Grand Theft Auto - Chinatown Wars.
Despite the fact that the 'drug deals' systems was pretty bare-bones, it had a lot of potential. I really liked it.
Oh, and the crazy son of the big boss. You'll spend your time just laughing at his idiocy.

Resident Evil Deadly Silence (Deadly Silence! Get it!? DS!?!? 
) is an awesome port of the first RE game with some very nice additions. (Like first person knife fights and a new first person boss battle) I also loved the ability to see the map at all times. It be M rated yo.

I never played Dementium or the second one but I heard good things. And the Resident Evil DS game was loads of fun for the RE fan. It was a nice flashback with new bonus content.
