Rouge Squadron was always a fun game. I also know some cheats that unlock some extra ships such as:
Wookiepelt - Falcon
Chicken - AT-ST
goodguytie - TIE Fighter

The game was very fun. I used to always use the tie interceptor as my ship since I liked the Imperial side a lot more than the rebels.
Wish there was more games where it focuses on the dark side.

I enjoyed how Knights of the Old Republic 1 and 2 balanced your dark or light side attribution based on conversation and action. Have you played that? If not they're on sale on Steam currently and well worth a look for any Star Wars fan.

Where'd you get the soundtrack from? Is there a way to extract it from the game files?

It was a game rip, I don't recall who made it though.
All I did was cleanup the MP3 naming and stuff and uploaded it.
You can download from the site, but I noticed that you're a bit low on GPs though to do that...
