and following the instructions on using the bios and firmware files.
If the link in the guide to the bios and firmware files are down try downloading no$gba 2.6a from the emulator download section found here
http://www.dgemu.com...s/#entry4834494
and taking the files from there.

My Black 2 and White 2 freeze after the first fight in the Pokemon World Tournament. I'm using the SuperCard DSTWO. It happened on White 2 so I thought it was just the rom. Does the same thing on Black 2. Any help? I would like to somehow keep my saves if at all possible because I've no life'd them for the past week >.>
Man. My memory is bad. Try:
- Before you start your rom press X and put the patched rom into clean mode then try it.
- Or download the DeSmuME emulator for PC and move your save file for whatever rom you want over to your PC and transfer the save file to DeSmuME using the option it has then get past that point using DeSmuME then save it and rename the file extension to match your SCDS2 (".sav" I think) then move the save file back to the SCDS2.

I'm not entirely sure on how to transfer my save from my supercard to Desmume. I save in the rom itself, not using the real time supercard save feature because my L button is basically broken.Man. My memory is bad. Try:

EDIT: It worked. THank YOU SO MUCH. VIRTUAL HUG.

I'm sure a detailed report including screenshots would have been better than just yelling HELP!!!, I'm quite sure we can help you if you provide us those screenshots and (optionally) any error codes provided by the emulator.

here's the problem, as you can see, the game freezed right after i withdraw the pokemon.

Right try looking at the DeSmuMe user guide here
http://www.dgemu.com...-guide-and-faq/
and following the instructions on using the bios and firmware files.

I am using the R4i Gold 3DS flashcart. It's using a MicroSD 8 GB card made by Samsung. I'm using the 3DS(of course). I have downloaded the Wood R4 kernel version 1.54 and extracted the _rpg folder, _DS_MENU.DAT, and WOODR4.NDS files to the root of the card. I have upgraded the software to patch version 44(that's what the file called it, but I think it's more like 1.44 or however they do it). I've downloaded the ROMS from your links which work fine on Desmume. When I try to play the files on my flashcart, it goes to the loading screen, the text turns red, and then it will not proceed to the game. I do not know what I am doing wrong, and I am now at the point of frustration and seeking help from others.
Thank you in advance for all you can do for me as well as the files and help you've offered already.

NOTE: R4i-SDHC and R4i SDHC appear to be two different cards, with two different manufacturers and therefor both cards have different kernels.
EDIT: Jackegg: Remember that Pokemon black 2 and White 2 are just released. It will take a little while to make them fully compatible.

r4i-sdhc isnt working :< errcode=-4 am i doing something wrong or what? :/
note: i have the latest update which is v1.11d
This can be true. As I said I have tested the R4i SDHC and NOT the R4i-SDHC (Note the dash (Yes that actually does matter as there are two different manufacturers))
Wait for an update for the R4i-SDHC. Perhaps it will be fixed then.

First, I'd like to state that I'm not a hardcore DS user, nor am I that well-versed with all those DS/emulation/r4-related terms. Please be patience with me, and I'm sorry for this inconvenience.
I'm having a problem loading my Pokemon Black v2 rom on my DSlite, getting 'load rom errcode=-4' each time I try to load it. I understand that this might happen with recent NDS ROMs which are AP-protected, however I've tried both clean and patched rom; both getting the same error. right now, my DSlite uses:
R4i DSi LL v1.45 (blue) (cloned, i think?)
4GB microSD
DSiLL firmware (with TTmenu and YSmenu from http://forum.romulat...0&topic=43121.0 )
I've tried using Wood R4 firmware but it cannot be loaded. Maybe it's not compatible with my R4? BTW, this only happens on Pokemon Black v2; Pokemon Black v1 runs smoothly on my system without any problems so far (currently just finished N castle, obtained national dex). Can anyone suggest what should I do, so I can play pokemon black v2 on my system? Any feedback is appreciated, thanks.
Good news- I can play Black version 2 on my R4 already!
Moderator/admin can delete my previous post if required.
If anyone got the same problem as I did (on the exactly same system as I used), can try this solution:
1) Delete iLL.iL on your R4's root directory. Don't touch the rest of the original firmware files (no need for deletion, but you can make backups just in case.)
2) Download the latest R4 kernel from http://gbatemp.net/t...eleases.267243/
3) Extract the downloaded .rar file
4) Open the DSTTi-Clone TTmenu folder
5) Follow the readme.txt instructions
6) Check your R4's root directory; now there's a TTmenu.dat file (which is from the DSTTi-Clone). Rename it into iLL.iL
7) Done. Try loading your pokemon black/white version 2. I'm unsure if this'll work on all those black/white v2 roms out there. I'm using the patched black version 2 rom, and it works fine for me.
Hope this'll help.

Alright, so this isn't working for me. I swear I've done everything right, but it just won't happen. I've also gone through every post in this thread to make sure if there was a solution for my problem or similar; alas, I did not see one. I'm going to give all the information I can here.

Backup the files on your microSD card, format using the Panasonic SD Formatter tool, then restore your files and try again. I was mulling over this for a few hours and that's what fixed it for me.

I have tried running in both Patched and Clean modes, same result. However, I am not an expert with such things so this could be a setup error on my part. I will try a few more things. I'll keep an eye on this thread in case you guys want me to test anything. On a DS Lite, UK model.

Hello fellow members, I have a rather old R4 SDHC (I can only assume it's a clone) that is running Basic Firmware 1.18 and also has Wood for R4 running at 1.53 I believe. The game either loads to a complete black screen or in some instances loads to a white screen without ever changing. I changed the reset function on the wood to off (I've also tried with it on) and cannot seem to get it to work no matter what I try. If the system matters I have a DS Lite(White). For the most part my games have worked all the way up to Heart Gold in terms of Firmware so I don't know what could be wrong. Now it's kind of like a challenge just to make this game work. haha. Any help would be appreciated.
I recently got my hands on a friend's R4 and it still has the 1.18 kernel. The prepatched Black 2 rom wouldn't load, just the plain white screen like you mentioned. Upgraded its kernel to R4 Wood v1.53 and now it works like a charm.

I would try to use TTMenu, but I can never get TTMenu to load without going to a perpetual white, loading screen.

When I start the game with no$gba 2.6 using no$zoomer it says "The saved data could not be accessed. Please turn the power off and reinsert the Game Card."
I have no idea what to do
