ROMS works on r4i Gold with kernel 1.68b on DSI on firmware 4.5.0 with a few graphical errors, have not tested on firmwares higher than that my card is a relatively old one.

Question on Pokemon White 2:

 

I have both black and white 2 on my 3ds running on Firmware 6.20.12U using a Wood R4i Gold RTS flashcart on kernel v1.62. Both roms are patched version. Pokemon Black 2 works fine from start to finish with or without AR codes activated however Pokemon White 2 freezes at certain points of the games with or without AR codes on. Is there anyway to by pass the problem ?

Have tried the clean roms as well, same problem.

Just at random, black 2 works fine without any problems its just white 2

Just curious, can you run a test on a DS emulator to see if the issue with White 2 persists?

On an emulator it works fine, most probably the kernel on the flashcard does not support white 2

It is a textfile and it requires 7zip, which I just dld, problm with thar is that itwont do nothing but to open the file with weird writings, plz help. Ps im on my tablet (android)

The file you want ends in .nds. Don't open it. You need to extract the file from the archive to your linker (flash card) or copy to somewhere the emulator can find it (perferably your desktop folder).

 

You can check if your linker is compatible with the game on the first message on the first page.

Hello SAHILch, the pre AP patched roms are roms that have already had the AP patch applied to them so you do not need AP patcher for those versions.

As for what you need to play it, the roms themselves are in a compressed file format. Here is the information on how to extract the files from the compressed archive from the first page.

 

In order to extract the roms, please use 7-zip or WinRAR. The compressed rom file format is 7z.
Rom file size: 512MB decompressed.
Password for all archives: dgemu_pokemaster

It is your typical Pokemon game and considering you don't have to spend GPs or DPs on this game (cause it is hosted off-site) it is free so you might as well download it .....

I just tested the white 2 AP rom on the I Smart premium card and it works well.

Does anybody know how to run Black 2 on NO$GBA version 2.7b? I tried running the game with AP code but it doesn't work. Even No$Zoomer is useless in the latest version.

 

I use the game with AP patch, by the way.

I found the solution recently on how to run White 2 / Black 2.

 

You have to download "NO$GBA 2.7b Modify XDelta Patcher" then follow its instructions. Then, open NO$GBANEW and choose Pokemon White 2 or Pokemon Black 2. You don't need AP codes anymore and it doesn't freeze at start menu. However, the start menu and Pokedex lags but other than that, the game works fine.

Just an FYI for people who don't know about AdFly.

 

When you click on the link to DL these files, you will be shown an Ad.  Do *not* download anything that shows up on this page!  It is not going to be good for your PC.  Wait about 5 or 6 seconds (and close any pop-up windows that open in the meantime) and then click "Skip Ad" in the upper right corner of the page.

 

This next step varies depending on where the file is being hosted.  Some people host on MediaFire or another "download wrapper" page.  Some people just have the file linked directly from Dropbox or whatever.

 

On the new page, click the Download button that colored orange.  This is the file you want.
