thanks for the help but im not using no$zoomerThe only thing I can think of that may be causing this is if you are leaving ex5 on. I've always turned it off after getting past the starting menu, I'll test tomorrow to see if that's it.

I'm currently upping them again to Multiupload.
Shouldn't take too long.
Seems the anti-piracy people are really trying to stop us.
Links for both Black 2 version fixed. Now on Multiupload with a total of 6 mirrors.

The game needs a patch to receive exp from battles. Go back to the first post and read the stuff other than the download links. You might find the answer to your question.

Game has already been patched. Go to the first post in this thread with the download links and make sure you have downloaded the one that says AP PRE PATCHED.

When I press 'Search for an Access Point'
it showed a connection called SoftAP as shown in the guide and says 'Connection settings have been saved. Tap OK to start a connection test.'
When it's testing connection, the green connection bar turns red and an error appears
Error code: 50000 No access point in range. Please try again. For help, visit support.nintendo.com.

Anyone else having trouble with the C-Gear? Every time I try to turn it on, the game freezes. Music and animations keep playing, but everything is frozen until I hard reset. Everything else online(global link, genesect event, etc) has worked fine.

For some reason I can't get past the "Memory messed up" fatal error as soon as I open the rom with the zoomer. I've tried changing the settings so EX5 is ticked by default, I've tried without the zoomer, with all of the codes and all combinations of them but can't get past the black screen.
This is for both versions, both pre-patched and clean. I'm running nocash 2.6a, and have tried 2.6 but none of the codes(or combinations of any of them) would get past the initial blue screen. I've tried every suggestion I could find in this thread and on other boards but nothing wants to work.
I've tried Desmume or whatever it's called but it runs painfully slow on my system and playing any game on it could be considered a legitimate torture method(seriously).
I know it has to be an issue with the emulator because it runs(if you want to consider that sluggish lagging running) on another emulator, and obviously runs for many other people. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
If it helps any, I'm running XP through Wine 1.4. The fact that I'm running a Linux based machine shouldn't make a difference, as these are literally the ONLY games that have ever given me any problems that couldn't be fixed with a code(I play all 5 generations of Pokemon games on it, Metroid Prime Hunters and several other games that all run smoothly, video and audio).

right make sure you have no$gba set to start cartridge directly when you start the rom then turn the codes on wile on the "memory cold not be read" screen go under file and choose reset and the game should work.

I haven't had the chance to load in the game yet as her MicroSD is full and she's transferring stuff from her Jap version to the US version.

I thought R4 sdhc works already. Hm, try the R4i 3DS solution and use TTMenu 6.88
