Sorry if this is in the wrong section.

I have a ds and an R4, but I am unsure of the version of R4 and the software on the R4. I am looking to upgrade the software on the R4 to be able to play pokemon black and white 2.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

i have tried wood v1.53, ttmenu v6.86 and 6.88 and no luck so far. I can get v1 of the pokemon games working via ysmenu v6.73

ok,I have tried different firmware from retrogamefans firmwares and I am having no luck.

How can I find out what specific firmware I have installed on my r4 card currently ?

EDIT: ok now I have it working, this is gonna sound weird but I installed r4i firmware and it worked....dodgy r4 lol
