Maplestroy. its fun cause its user friendly. it doesnt have any player vs player action so no worries but sometimes u wish u can kill those annoying noobs who beg for money. i recommended it to all my friends and we all play.

Red Alert master rocks but I had saving problems last copy I DLed but neopet is cool or One Must Fall 2097 (good luck getting audio though)

OgameGladiatusRunescape 2 was OK untill i got World of Warcraft ...now that just changed my perspecitive on gamingnow i want to try guildwars, seems ok

so many to choose from...uh morrowind, maybe but baldur's gate is cool, no no Arcanum...yep loved that one! totally cool rpg where you have tons of freedom in morphing your character. Coolness.edit oops i saw this was in commercial games and put these three guys in there, sorry,uh tetris? I'm sure there are some that I am forgetting about but there are tons of variations of tetris around, beneath a steel sky is abandonware now but its not public domain but that was pretty cool.

SRB2 is a godsend for a free 3d old school style sonic game...It has online gaming too...But,you've got to be good for them. They can play darn good in match, ctf, tag, coop or even hide and seek....go to srb2.org and get it!
Just an ordinary guy in an ordinary place.

I really liked rakon because it gave you free control of the character's actions (sorta like an FPS but in third person and with melee and long range attacks with swords and stuff) wish they'd make more character classes though :/

Upon further review, the Mario Forever series is decent, but there's definetly room for improvement. Still, I reccomend it if you like the classic 2-D mario games (and who doesn't?)Are there any GOOD free PC games? I've tried some free MMORPG's, but they're all repitive and boring.

I haven't read through this whole thread, so I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but I was unhealthily obsessed with Within a Deep Forest for a while.
