how do i download something i have DP but i can't see a link or a download button..

First you go to a ROM page:
http://www.dgemu.com...ers-Decepticons
(for example)
Next you click download, it is in the top right .... it goes
DETAILS / REVIEWS / SCREENSHOTS / DOWNLOAD
If download is not available (should only be for a few NDS games and just about all 3DS games) then it SHOULD be available at our sister site:

thanks for the help. I'm trying to get Pokemon Y but the DOWNLOAD tab isn't working and on the sister site it says that the file no longer exits.

.... ah yes .... forgot to point that out didn't I .... our sister sites, SonyISOs and NintendoISOs rely on file sharing sites .... and of course they don't like "illegal" stuff on there and stuff hosted there is only for a limited time, it doesn't last more then 6 month .... usually much less ....
The only thing I can really recommend is torrenting:
Ris312 uploads just about all 3DS games to just about any torrenting site, he was the big uploader for 3DS at BitGamer and several other private torrenting sites so the download is good .....
Just remind you though that 3DS emulation is a no go and using a flashcart still has glitches and such as it is still being fully developed ....
