When my Xbox breaks or online on the Xbox stops i will buy a next gen console.

But i was wondering for everyone who has next gen what console would you say is better?

It depends what you're looking for in a console. Xbox ONE is very social, you can use netflix skype etc. However PS4 is a lot better for gaming, it has a better processor and graphics. But it's not a huge difference it just depends on you. I chose Xbox ONE and I have no regrets, also the kinect is not necessary especially as there aren't that great games for it at the moment.

I love my ps4 and would totally recommend It myself. Personally, I'm also saving for a decent pc, it should end up with most of the Xbox lineup as well.

Personally i got the Ps4 mainly to continue playing FFXIV, Uncharted 4, and the possible (before it was officially announced FF7 remake. Also for the music while playing a game using spotify. But i also occasionally play the Xbone with family.

 

So to me it seems like Xbone has better hardware and with the Windows 10 integration it'll be easier to edit your videos and adds the possibilities for mods (like what they're doing with Fallout 4). Ps4 cost 10$ less for the year for online play (Ps4 is 50$. Xbone is 60$). But ultimately it comes down to which system has the exclusives you want to play. Xbone has more but they both have a pretty solid line-up.
