What if and this is me just sayin it but what if you could choose to either fly or you could be not seen like you go into the chick's bathroom and they don't know you be chillin at all bro.

 

Cause I think it'd be cool to fly like I'd save so much gas ya know?

And before some staff punk comes and tries to tell me 'yo dawg ain't this the same thing as the superpowers topic?' let me tell you something bro.

 

Whether a dude likes his flying or his invisibility is a huge question that mostly depends on like yourself. See punks who don't like being noticed and are all squirmy an stuff think invisibility is cool. But cool guys like me who think being in the spot light is a'ight like to pick flight. It's like a litmus test or whatever of your personal psyche or somethin I ain't know Freud or Jung.

Pick invisibilty, and do the following: 

Gather a group of friends near a cliff, tell them you're going to fly off this cliff, run to aforementioned cliff, turn invisible at the edge making everybody think you jumped (this does require a convincing performance), and later appear behind their backs telling them you flew. Also make sure there's not spots to hind behind on the cliff, or they won't believe you.

 

Now your friends think that you can fly, but the truth is that you can turn invisible.

No no, it's all about psychology. If they think you can fly, they don't mind being picked up by you in a girls' bathroom while being invisible. They'd all be like "Oh wow I just got picked up by someone who can fly! At least I think I did because I can't see him, but that's cool too!"

I'd rather be invisible because if I had the ability to fly it would produce way to many questions from authority figures, governments, and what not. You wouldn't be able to enjoy this ability to take advantage of flight. with invisibility depending on how it is used, you'll never arouse any suspicion about your activities as long as you don't do anything that draws attention to yourself such as leaving any DNA evidence of yourself in locations.

It would have to be invisibility. While flight sounds like fun, it sounds like more hassle than it's worth.

 

Think about it, if you fly, people see you flying and want a ride, you're hassled all day every day until you finally crack.

 

Whereas being invisible, nobody needs to know you're invisible. You can do it in secret and nobody need ever know unless you tell them.

way to read into it there buddy, I was speaking from the hypothetical standpoint. Invisibility would be the one power of the two choices that would be legitimately useful. Flight though fun really would only be useful until an authority sees you do it then you would be hunted. Yeah the invisibility is the same but it can more easily be used to escape.depending of course on whether or not the invisibility is from a light bending or if it is true invisibility. Because if you are still visible in the infrared spectrum then it's rather useless and the flight is a matter of how fast you can fly and if you are effected by wind resistance. (face full of wind)

If I can control it I'd pick invisibility and then I'd be able to get away with tons of stuff, if not then flight cause ya know go where ever ya want.

My point is that flying without some form of shield effect would be useless. Pissing from a mile up? so what if you can't breath up there. Going from one coast to the next? Enjoy being slowed by anything and everything in the air and a really long flight. Have you ever opened the window on your car and stuck your head out into the wind while it was raining? How about just your hand since you aren't a dog? At 55 MPH the Rain hits rather hard. Now imagine that at any flight speed that you would achieve above 60 MPH... it'd be like getting shot with a BB gun repeatedly. To high and it's ice crystals.

I like to use logic as well as my imagination. I'd rather use invisibility but I would be careful how it would be used depending on the limitations. Flight by itself to me just isn't enough. Now if the flight was psychic based in the form of telekenisis, then that would be useful as shields could be made with the telekenisis. I would be all over that sort of power.

Funny, you legitimately asked out opinion and then you are downing us for our choice because we didn't pick what you were hoping of? Flight without any protection would be useless You would either have to make a suit for high speed flight or be able to produce one with the powers. Like maybe the flight is based on making a air bubble to be dragged through the air in. Instead of like fart powered propulsion. (lol fart jets) Either way flight would take way to much preparations and trouble to deal with compaired to invisibility. For invisibility the worst you would deal with is that your power only makes you invisible and not your clothes. though if your power is more like the Chimera Ant from the 2011 HunterxHunter that holds his breath and everything he is touching is invisible even someone else for as long as he can hold his breath.

Now if you had been specific about how each power was attained then it would be a little clearer, like maybe what if the flight included some very visible wings. Clarification is very helpful thing.

Also don't be judgemental. Coolness is relative to how little one cares about coolness. Therefore since you apparently think you are so cool due to us not thinking the same as you. You are actually being completely uncool. Take a chill and move on.

Superman doesn't just fly though, that's the point I am trying to make. And truthfully by original comics all he does is jump good because of unstoppable strength. but that's neither here nor there. Just flying isn't enough to be super man, you have to be super strong, invincible, shoot eye lasers, super fast, and be weakened by a radioactive rock. If you had made the topic "Would you rather be Superman or be able to turn perfectly invisible," then hell yes I would want to be Superman. but I wouldn't be all public about it that's for damn sure. But since the topic was just flying, no other super powers added, Then I would take the invisibility as flying would be useless at any usable speed.

Asuming that the invisibility extends through things you hold or the flight comes with strength to carry said bomb. Otherwise well said.
