Even if it played the same way as the first two, I would still get it. The games are very good.

I'd definitely get it. I loved both games, but especially the second one.I think a reversal would be good material-- play as Felix and co. in the first one, and Isaac and co. in the secondthat'd be kinda fun

I would definitly play a Golden Sun 3. Problem is that there is not going to be one. Camelot left Nintendo and went to work for a different company called ElevenUp or something like that. So...

You're sure about that? Might Nintendo not just get someone else to do it? *cough*Intelligent Systems*cough*Or do Camelot have the copyright?

Provided there's gonna be some new things in it and a little something new in gameplay, yes i'd buya Golden Sun game for the DS. What mostly dissapointed me in Golden Sun 2 was the fact that it looked so terribly like Golden Sun 1. I couldn't spot a difference!! Nothing at all so after playing a bit it becamequite a boring thing to do. It was like i had started GS1 from the start again! :P

Okay, sorry about that... I was irritated when I posted that.It actually sounds like a good idea when I think about it. Kinda like Fire Emblem and whatnot. Maybe the characters' kids could be the new main characters or something. We'll just have to see..........I have Golden Sun 3 preordered at Gamestop. It's kinda like a glitch, don't feel like explaining it all.... but IF the game ever comes out, I'll be the first to have it :P

You had my mind made up in the first two letters of the topic. Golden Sun has thus far proven to be one of the highest-quality franchises of the GBA and if the sequel of the DS even approaches the level or excellence of the previous two titles it'll be worth the price of admission.Damn, I almost sounded like a fanboy there.

How many rpg games are there out for the DS so far anyway? I'm guessing not enough.
