So far, from what ive seen, its the same as the MAME version, but put on the xbox console.But i'm still getting it...Do you guys think its worth the 40 to 50 $ pricetag its getting?

I love games that feel old. It makes me like the gamecube, however I think will be a game I pick up used when it is like $10.00

I dont like GCN controller...feels wierd, and so small. but if Metal Slug 3 is gonna be around 40 to 50 $, im not gonna get it until the price drops.

What the hell are you talking about. This game is on the Xbox. How does this make you like the cube more. It's never coming to the cube eitherI love games that feel old. It makes me like the gamecube, however I think will be a game I pick up used when it is like $10.00

IMO it's not worth it, just download the roms.With a pricetag of $40 with NO extras [ or so i've been told ] it's not worth it.

The only "extra"is putting your high score on Live. What a deal

i loved metal slug, i used to play it in the arcades, that game is classic, of course you should buy it. (the last time i tried to get an xbox rom it took up 1 gb)

Not the Xbox rom. You want to download the arcade rom of Metal Slug 3. You can find it at many sites where they offer Neo Geo roms. You should use NEoragex. Yeah the neogeo rom, not the xbox. You can find the MS collection [ except for #5 ] in one torrent on the net somewhere.

Metal slug 3 has SOME extras.However you have to beat the game, but thats no easy feat. You get 5 credits. If you lose all your lives you start all the way back at the beginning of the mission. So if you die at the mission 5 boss, well it sux to be you.However I loved the challenge and the game. Reminds me of the NES Contra w/o the 30 lives cheat.

I played a demo at EB games the other day. It seems fun but I don't think it is worth spending $50.

I bought metal slug 3 and its just a fun game to play the gameplay is great and even though it doesnt have the graphics other games offer its still a awesome game to play

GEt it i have the ps2 version and the ps2 version ahs many extra`s so it is atleast good enough to buy it.

This game is pretty impossible to beat...and yes it is on easy. I love it though because it has great gameplay and is an addictive multiplayer game.

wtc? There are absolutely NO extras? That's going to make them lose some money..and if it is on Xbox live, it should atleats let you PLAy with other people. Not just some high scores. -_-
