Catching Legendary Pokemon w/o Master Ball

I got Lugia in the silver version using great ball(s) it wasn't easy thou.. i got Ho-oh too, but got it with master ball.. :D then i got bored and deleted the saved data and borrowed the game to my friend in singapore. (im from finland)

mehsome pokemon you do need a master ball to getbut most just use great balls or ultra balls, first put them to sleep though

lugia is very hard to get, i think thats the only pokemon that you need to use a master ball to get because he flys off the moment you find him

I Have Caught The First 3 Legendary Pokemon From the First Pokemon Games Using The Ultra Ball, Along With Mewtwo Ho-Oh And Lugia...But Man Was It A Pain LOL.

i caught each legendary pokemon that i found with a ultra ball. I dont kno how i do it. i dont put them to sleep, i just weaken them. The only ones i cant catch are each form of deoxys, jirachi, mew, and that green guy. I played each pkmn that u could play on advance and still cant find them. :D

i caught deoxys with ultra ball and kyogre with a great ball.and once (i know you wont believe this but i will try anyway) my battery was running very low on pokemon gold and i caught raikiu(the electric lion pokemon) with a pokeball

ive caught the 3 legendary birds, kyogre, groudon, raquaza, mewtwo, ho-oh, lugia,raiku, entei, and latios without a master. the thing i usualy end up catching them with is a pokeball cause i ran out of the other kinds. but i have never tried to catch the other legendaries.

i caught most of my legendary pokemon with ultra balls cause i usually freeze them and i can catch them withou t the masterball :D :D but i know its very hard cause i sometimes miss even thoough they're frozen...... :o :o

ive caught lugia and the water/ice legendary dog with out the masterball :sit took me ages and i quited it and so im still have to get the other 2 legendary dogs:pand also this was in crystal so i it was quiet eazy to get the water/ice legendary dog(i forgot the name that is y im syaing its title as a name)

I caught all the Legendary pokemon in Emerald version except Latios because I can't see it anywhere.only by using a pokeball(Without a cheat) because I try and load a game until I succeeded(it consume a lot of time) you can check my save game just reply to this one and tell me how to upload a save game

i used Ultra Balls alotta the time , bt once i caught Raquazza with a premierball. And only Kyogre was caught with a master ball

I caught mewtwo on full hp with mewtwo having safeguard on with a pokeball. To do this you have to use some well timed button presses like this. When the ball opens hold start when it bounces twice but before the last bounce let go. If it doesn't break out the AFTER it starts to roll then keep pressing a then BEFORE itstops let go then on the secong roll keep pressing b like above except with b. Then on the final roll either press b and a OR selcect with the same strategy. When it starts blinking either press start 3 times or continuously then if you did it all right it should be caught! This cheat is very hard to pull off but it works on any pokemon.

All of them are really catchable with normal pokeballs.The only pokemon you can't catch (and even with the masterball) is in firered/leafgreen the haunting mother you reveal with the Devon Scope in the cemetery tower.The best is to keep them sleeping and in the red. Use timer balls for later tries, have a pokemon in front that has a much bigger level and use netballs. Eventuelly trade a pokemon of the same kind over to your game and use the repeat balls (but the are only 3/4s as good as the timer balls in best case)I only used the masterballs for pokemon like mewtwo to get a nice ball in the right colour scheme

ive caught almost all of them with ultra or timer balls...only the really strong ones i've used masterballs

I have caught all the legendary pokemon using ultra or timer balls but mostly ultra,except the legendary pokemon that run away after you encounter them, when i find them idon't have a pokemon that does sleeping powder on my poke team :s .
