to catch pokemon easily without a masterball all u hav to do is lower there health then put them to sleep and alot of ultra balls

On Colessium,i caught a Suicune and Raikou with an ultra ball.In RSE Series,i use all three for Timer and Ultra Balls.And when I ran out of those i just used the masterball.ONLY because i had cheats.

all the legendary pokemon i caught i used timer balls and ultra balls. i estimated the power and always got the legendary's pokemon health to red. i used a timer ball all in ruby but i got lazy of latios or latias running away so i used a master ball.

I've never had to use a master ball on the legendary pokemon I save them for the pokemon that run right away

In all the pokemon games I have, which is pretty much all of them except for Crystal and Emerald, I've gotten all the legendary pokemon available... 
Believe it or not, I even caught Mewtwo in one turn in Blue Version... Put him to sleep with Lapras and threw an Ultra BallNice little mixture of luck and skill

I always used my Masterball on Moltres for some reason. It always got out of the Ultraball better than Zapdos or Articuno. I can get Mewtwo in any ball, including Poke`ball. Raikou, Entei, Suicune I always used an Ultra Ball on, and I used my MasterBall on Ho-Oh for Silver.

Ive caught most of them like that. Use about 25 ultra balls or more and attack them until the hp is about 1 or just save and chuck a ball then load until it works.

I always catch my rare Pokémon with Pokéballs...I just caught my Moltres and Zapdos with Pokéballs...however, it does take a crap load of balls to catch them...I don't use my Masterball until I see a lvl2Shiny...

I caught Groudon withour using the master ballAll the legendary birds on red, blue and yellowOn silver and gold i got entie, and teh really fast 1 with fast balls.

it may look impossible but I captured ho-oh with poke-ball ankyogre with great-balls as well the legendary birds from blue, yelloe, and red

The only time I used Masterballs against Legendary Pokemon are when I was battling Suicune and Mewtwo.For Mewtwo, it's obvious, had to use it since all the other legendary birds can be caught with UltraBalls.For Suicune, I was lazy to chase him around the whole mapso I just used the Masterball. By the way, I caught Lugia lvl 70 with a Ultraball.Besides that, I just bought 99 Ultraballs and spam them until the Pkemon was caught.

You must be patient when you catch one of those legendary poks. I catch all types of legendary poks with Ultra balls. And I just don't understand, the premier ball (or something like that, i don't care much) is used for what?

The only time I caught a legendary Pokemon without a Master Ball was a Mew that I encountered through the "Mew Trick" on Pokemon Yellow.

Most of the time I catch the legendaries with Ultra Balls, but on my Ruby the first time I attempted to catch Groudon I ended up grabbin him with a Poke' Ball. It was just one of the times where I had thrown 20 Ultras in a row and was just like, "screw it" and threw the Poke. I usually use the Master Ball on the Run away pokes tho. For everything else: False Swipe and Spore are amazing moves...

yea me too but not groudonI have caught rayquaza, groudon and kyogre using only ultra balls.try to lower their hp until it's color red them put them to sleep or paralyze or freeze them.that is what I am doing

I always get it down to red HP then paralyze/sleep it. Then I just spam Ultra Balls 'til I've captured it. :D
