I put them into sleep and thorw with ultra ball and timer ball but only Laitos I use a master ball

The only ones i have had to use the master ball on are MewTwo and Rayquaza. The rest I use Ultra Balls.

If it's ones that you go up to and battle, eg regirock, save the game before you battle them and use techniques that put them to sleep, etc, and use ultra balls to catch them (even though it might take a while)...not really sure for random encountered pokemon such as latios though...

i've caught all three dogs with poke balls and got a shiny grey eevee from bill the same day :blush:

I have caught groudon. I used a pelipper because of its flying and water abilities. I waited several turns before i used my timer ball.

the best way is to freeze them. I had to catch Mewtwo on Poke Blue with an ultra ball because my buddy wasted his masterball on Moltres. Just hit it with Ice Beam a couple times and waste about 30 ultra balls, they'll be owned.

My goal in pok�mon is to catch all legendaries.. you know the Regis in R/S/E are very difficult to catch. Same goes for the legendary dogs in G/S/C. They're well worth catching though!

I make a rule of never using the masterball unless I can really help it, and have caught the legendaries in each generation of the game (Blue, Gold, Sapphire) without using the masterball.

Yeah, I've caught a lot of them without masterballs. I caught Groudon in a nest ball in Emerald. (without cheating) XD No joke. I caught Mewtwo in FR/LG without using one, but it was tough. ):

Quick question for all those pokemon fans out there. All those Legendary pokemon out there... Ho-Oh, Kygouge, Mewtwo, Zapados, etc... have you EVER caught any one of these without having to use a masterball? I've tried OFTEN, but even at my best attempt, Groudon lost all its PP (no jokes please), and just struggled to death. I went through 10 timer balls and 10 ultra balls, and Groudon had as little power as it could have had, especially after it struggled. I've had this simular problem with just about every other legendary pokemon out there, so I'm just wondering has ANYONE ever caught one without masterballing it?

Of course, got Kyogre and the GBC Crystal legendary one

i have caught all the legendary pokemon with out masterballs, it isnt very difficulti always lower there accuracy, sp atk, attack and speed (not always all of them) then just weight till they use up all there moves and put them to sleep
