If DVD's count then Van Halen.Otherwise, Willie Nelson. He's the only live show I've seen.

Wow I've only seen one and it wasn't all that good, Sahara Hotnights. I wish I would be able to go and see more but the tickets are just so expensive :shifty:

To me, live music is the best no matter who it's from. Although, some bands do suck live, I'll admit. Some people think my favorite band (Alesana) suck and some think they rock. But regardless, they sound similar live as they do on their CD, so I'd say that's good. And they're very amusing and energetic onstage, they engage the fans, and that's important.

I'm gonna see Rammstein this summer. My best concert... That's a really tought question. De Staat was great, but I think Blue October was even better. Altho there weren't many people, they were just awesome. I really loved how Justin Furstenfeld managed to connect with the audience. All American Rejects were sweet too.Arctic Monkeys were a pretty big disapointment... Taking Back Sunday had a really nice atmosphere, but Blue October was probably my favorite.

I've gotten the chance to see Tesla, Blue Oyster Cult, and Hatebreed live. All are great live, but Tesla definitely takes the cake, IMO. Their studio albums are just so-so, but if you ever get a chance to see them, you'd realize right away that they're definitely more of a road band, than a studio band.

Les Savy Fav is incredible live, when I saw them the singer climbed up into the stage rafters and was hanging from them, like 30 feet up.

I've seen quite a few decent bands live including Heaven and Hell, Roger Waters, Iron Maiden, Isis, Dream Theater, Devin Townsend and a few more. Of the ones I've seen, Iron Maiden and Heaven and Hell probably put on the best overall show. Roger Waters had the best visuals and sound quality while Devin Townsend had the best stage presence by far.

I want to say Placebo because I love them, but the sound was pretty bad when they played here a couple years ago. Also, it didn't help that the crowd was not really into them, which is a shame, really.. haha. Linkin Park, on the other, was absolutely fantastic. I'd probably have to go with LP.

Hrmmm... Probably Senses Fail or Story of the Year. Buddy (from Senses Fail) is kinda hit or miss live, but his stage presence is amazing. Story of the Year just sounds too awesome live, but I only liked their first album, Page Avenue.I hear Muse is one of the best live bands, but I have yet to see them. Hopefully sometime soon.

I saw SotY at Warped Tour a couple years ago, and yea.. they were way awesome.

One of the best bands I've ever seen Live is OWARIKARA.They really get into the music, almost as if hypnotized. It's amazing to watch them do their thing. They actually have to tape things down with tape before they go on stage, because they get THAT crazy. :)I don't even like their music that music, but they are such a great live band that it doesn't matter!

I think all the concerts I have been to have been awesome shows. I have seen AC/DC 3 times, the best one was the last one I went to in August of 2009, had floor seats. 12 rows back from the stage. I seen Iron Maiden in 2008, that was my first metal show, and even thinking about it gives me chills. I have also seen KISS (2009) and Blue Oyster Cult (2006)

Municipal Waste always tears it up on stage. And Suicidal Tendencies is an amazing experience. I'm fortunate enough to have seen the both of them at the same show... Twice! Also in my long list of favorite live performances are NOFX, Bad Religion, Flogging Molly, Born/Dead, and this local band called ADT.

AC/DC and Iron MaidenBoth of these bands have put on one hell of a show. All the times I have seen AC/DC have been memorable, and the time I seen Iron Maiden was very memorable.

I saw Muse before they released their 2nd albumn in a pretty small venue at Leeds Uni UK and televised on MTV2. It was Amazing and definitelly best live band i've seen, bearly stopped jumpin throughout the whole set! And just worth a mention they also introduced me to The Cooper Temple Clause who were also a damn awsome live band and one of my favs but unfortunatley no more :-( but i definitely wanna see muse again, just to hear knights of cydonia!!

I love Nick and Simon live. They are a Dutch duo and they sing different kind of songs. Mostly pop.

For me, I'd have to say the best live performance is Girl Talk. He's a mashup artist, so he's just mixing songs on the fly, but he gets the crowd involved and it just turns into a big party. TP launchers, foam machines, etc. Good times overall

Bain Mattox plays with a small group of guys around the southeast every once and a while, and he puts on a great show. He plays tons of instruments, so sometimes he's got a rack onstage with him with 3-4 guitars, his accordion, harmonica, electric mandolin, you name it...He switches between instruments mid-song and sometimes mid-breath. He rocks the hell out of the electric accordion but he is a tiny scrawny man singing while playing harmonica while tearing up the accordion and the guy just keeps it up forever. Awesome guy too aside from his ridiculous musical prowess.
