Suikoden II is the best in the series. I loved the storyline and the alternate endings. Suikoden V is the only one that came close its greatness.

My favorite would be Suikoden 2 because of the storyline, minigames and characters.

Suikoden III is my absolute favourite ^^ The video game was quite well made, and I liked the fact they also made the game into a manga ^^

suikoden 2 is my fav suikoden 5 might and i say might give competion but the rest are nothing compared to the second one

Suikoden is the best game ive ever played, especially suikoden 2, cause it is the continuation of the game. and i loved it. oh, and i was shocked when i discovered that kasumi is a girl... hahaha...

I just love this saga. I started playing suiko 1 back in highschool and even have to steal the CD just to play it. hahathe story of all the suikoden games are related and so I am more eager to find out what happened to this guy or maybe what was he before.and also, the castle building thing is the best, and of course, the 108 stars of destiny rules.

I've played every game in the suikoden series .suikoden2 is the best too.Suikoden...greatest game on the Playstation.Suikoden 2...I want to play it so bad, but too expensive just for a used copy.Suikoden 3...the playstation 2 debut, and it's pretty good. Confusing, though, because you have to remember 3 stories.Suikoden 4...heard horrible things about it, and I don't have enough money to buy it.All in all, Suikoden is an underrated masterpiece. As for the 27 true runes...they are working their way through them, slowly.

this game rocks i only play 2 and 3 after that i seem to stop playing all of a sudden don remember why but i really love this game the story line and plot is great this is what rpg should have especially 2 when joey betray them and when i fail to save nanami(cz din recruit all the star).but the minigame was memorable like the cooking andstuff the war too with suikoden holding his nunchucks lol great game and great memory playing them

For me, suikoden is the best RPG, the story, the gameplay, the content, they are simply uncommon or rather unique compared to other RPG's.I've played 1,2,3,4 and 5I've seen the relevance of each volume from each other like a timeline. That's what made it really interesting, and oh, who else has a 108 stars of destiny feature. (not to mention pokemon. hahaha)But for me, I still think Suikoden 2 is the best of all the suiko games. others on PS2 concentrates entirely on graphics and almost left the story blank, still good though. But my most priced possession is my Suikoden 1 CD which is more likely 10 years old or more.

I love this series so bad and cannot wait to see if there will be a Suikoden VI.The only major dissapointments in this Series were Suikoden IV and Tactics. The Gameplay both sucked and were really easy to complete.My favourite's from the series are Suikoden, II and V.With each new Suikoden game new limits are set for the next to reach and if they don't i still think people won't be dissapointed.

Have no problem with Suikoden Tactics ,but Suikoden IV is somewhat ruined traditional Suikoden series because stupid dog from Konami allowed woman named Junko Kawano to develop that game.At least, Suikoden V restored traditional Suikoden series ,so I hope that Konami doesn't rehire that witch lady to develop future Suikoden series again or I gonna to crown their a**.
