So my fave character would be Viki as shes always funny and confused lol then my fave kingdom would be d toran Republic and then my fave true rune would be em ... it's not a trune it's still int too tho it's d black sword rune lol

omg i cant wait!suikoden got me hooked on rpg's so many years agoNew Suikoden news. Suikoden has gotten the Strategy game makeover.Apparently this Strategic Role Playing Game is to be titled Rhapsodia and has surfaced on many Suikoden fan sites both in Japan and Overseas. It is belevied to be the Suikogaiden for Suikoden 4 and is set after the events of said Suikoden game. Here is the information I have been able to gather from trusted sources.Console: PS2Genre: SRPGScheduled release date: 2005 FallTime frame: around Suikoden 4 (the heroes are traveling and chasing after the "rune cannon", which is a threat to the world)Comfirmed Suikoden 4 characters: Lino, Kika, Akagi, Mizuki, Keneth, HarveyComfirmed New characters:Kyril (main character, the red clothed youth)Andarc (the guy with glasses, subordinate of Kyril's father)Seneca (the woman who uses a bow gun)either Raracl or Racral (black hair girl)Game system:Combos are available by arranging and positioning the charactersTechniques, such as swing and paring, can be upgraded by experience pointsRune system is the same as the other Suikodens

Suikoden rules, but I haven't been able to play 3, being all British and everything. Came across the second one a few years ago, and adored it immediately. Although I don't like 4 as much as the first two, my favourite character of all is probably Elenor, with Viktor and Flik coming in second and third.

yea, they are good games but i didnt like part 3 that much because i found it kind of boring. I almost fell asleep playing it and i never fall asleep when playing any game. The best is part 2

Well, the storywriter left the suikoden 3 plot unfinished so someone else finished it.

didn't really know that...I still felt it to have an awesom story and involving gameplay, I just got discouraged at there being no new game +, and the extra is just too short. I was used to all the RPG's with new game +, so thats mainly the problem. There were other little things, *spoiler*Why was it that Chris, Geddoe, and even Hugo all had A+ or lower with fire magic skill, meaning they wouldn't be able to truly master the true fire rune, making them seem like they weren't really the flame champion...?*End Spoiler*If the game didn't have these problems, then, I know I'd rank it over Suiko II...although V is a long ways away, I still anticipate it. Hopefully, Rhapsodia will be fun enough to hold off that anticipation...

i love the idea of this game, buiding an empire and everything, but it was pretty easy game to beat
