consoles r better. the games r better. most pc games suck.

Ya why cant we get more of the console games on PC if they released pc versions at the same time as consoles it would be way better but i guess there is no big marketer for general pc games no one wants to release games only and coperations buy the rights to release a game onto there specific consoles which screws us PC games

you are nuts to think PC gaming is dead, when its the msot popular form of gaming, like CPL, LANS, everything revolves around PC gaming, especially how Counter Strike and the other forms of it are so popular

I admit PC games have been decreasing lately. the 360, wii and ps3 have much better games that can handle larger files.

absolutely! too many good games released for PC and still coming out for it to be dead. Not to mention you can't access emulators with a console as far as i knowResident evil 4The Elder Scrolls 4: OblivionWarhammer 40kTitan QuestUnreal Tournament 3Warcraft 3Supreme Commander: Forged Allianceare just a few of the PC giants. so no, i don't really see any end in sight for PC gaming at this point. its got alot going for it, and a strong future to pursue. (not to mention lots of money! $$$)

Nah, I don't think so.A lot of people play PC games. IMO the PC games can be altered. Like the Sims games. You can download stuff and use it in the game.I haven't heard of download-able stuff for the consoles. HAHA. If there are tell me. o.O HAHA

Look 10+ years ago and see how much we have progressed in computers, i used think that 1200 baud was crazy, so imagine were we will be in 10+ years.also computers constantly update, new consoles only come out only 4 years or so

There has been a fluctuation in pc vs console games for a while. At one point most shooting games were on PC because the consoles couldn't handle them, then it switched when the consoles could handle it but the PC's massive disc space made it preferable for puzzle or stratagy games, it's gone back and forth and when it all shakes out i think there are always going to be some games that work better on the PC and some that work better on consoles. I'll probably always have both.EDIT: forgot to add, with the increase in online gameing PC's have been more popular, and i think that though consoles are trying to work tword online capability it wont work out as well as with PC's.

ARE YOU GONE CRAZY??? Do you know what is counter-strike??? DO YOU EVEN KNOW ABOUT W-C-G???? WORLD CYBER GAMES ??? they are all mainly based on the PC.Besides all console games are made on a PC.I think gaming consoles make you lazy because they hardly need any effort to play them.PC games require Skill which many new age kids don't have.I have got just a gameboy cause I like to play on the go.And I DO NOT think that PC games are dead because if you go to gaming centers, you will find mostly PCs over there and all gamers who I know love the PC the most.

No I don't think it's dead, but they windows or mac definitely have to find a way to keep the gamers up to date if they want the sales to keep rolling in.

Gaming Consoles are only for show-offs who certainly don't know a thing about gaming. But PC is for those who are eager to play real games. All of us want consoles just to make our friends/relatives jealous. What's in a console that isn't in a PC, huh? The Playstation 3 is certainly cool, but even the PC can surpass it by bounds. We should have the right hardware B) . The consoles are just plug and play and requires no effort, and that's totally absurd. But the PC requires hard work and determination... It is for true gamers, not fake ones like you! In the near future, there will be emulators for the PS3 and the PC will conquer. And there's a lot of competition in PC Gaming: Have u ever been engaged in a one-on-one DOTA match? And how about a LAN party of Counter-Strike? Well, that's only possible on the PC and not on the XBox Live!!!!Oh, and have you heard the tagline - "the way it's meant to be played"?
