Its a good game and its free monthly. But i think u should get a different gameyeah i have seen anything about this game. So what does everyone think about it____________________________________________________________________

It's a pretty good game for the price. But it's hard to consistently enjoy the game if you don't do any PvP. I hated PvE because you have to depend on teammates, who are often borderline idiots. Meanwhile I was never particularly good at PvP either... so now I just log in occasionally.

I have been playing Guild Wars since it came out, and I have all expansions that have been released. I can easily say that if you are a Hard Core MMORPG fan, you will enjoy Guild Wars. Anyone else, will not make it out of the searing.

wow is simple the better one ... in GW you cant learn any jobs like smith or some ... and you have loading times and areas ...

I really liked this game. I think that it may get a little bit reetitive with the next few games if they dont find something new to do with it.But it is still a good game

Guild Wars is one of those games where you will get sucked in, max out a level 20 character, and then quit. Then you'll come back months/years later and do it all over again. Or you'll get sucked into a new game they makes. Eyes of the North should be coming out soon with selectable races and whatnot.

GW's freedom in character-building completely blows WoW out of the water. WoW's talent system can't even begin to compare. Also, even if you max out a character (which takes as little as 6 hours if you're good), that's only the start of things. You aren't stuck playing one character for months on end just to have it end up being exactly the same as every other character of the same race/class like in WoW.

Guild Wars is a good game and it is pretty fun if you have someone to play it with. When your playing Guild Wars alone it is really hard and it gets boring. I use to play with friends and it was fun. After my friends stop playing I can barely do the quests since they become really hard without people playing with you. Also it's pretty boring going solo on a game meant to be played in big parties.

The quests can get repetitive after a while. I might play it for a month, then leave it for a few months and pick it up again. It can be fun if you find the right character for you though.

I picked it up so me and my girlfriend have something to do together, after she moves to Missouri, she loves it, I find it "ok" better then Maple*censored* in my view, course, I've had nothing but bad experiences with MS... Anyway, if you wish to add me, I'm usually Orokaru Morochi, take into view, I don't play this much, I'm either playing Final Fantasy XI, or watching Anime (mainly Digimon right now) so I may not be on...for along time >.>

Here it is. It's much better than most MMORPGs - from a plot to the game mechanics itself. I play a Paragon/Warrior myself.

eh.. guild wars is kinda boring. I played a month of WoW, found htat boring hten found Guild wars to be even more constricting. Its just not all that fun.

On the one hand, WoW's world is waaaaay more developed and detailed. On the other hand, once you "beat" WoW, it's just raiding and making money with professions and playing alts painfully from square one. That's where Guild Wars comes in. Because of its strength in character-building and the ease of leveling to max (level 20), it endgame value just completely blows WoW out of the water. There are also a ton of aesthetic things to go for, like titles and special armor that, unlike in WoW, don't necessarily make you any stronger than the next guy, just special-looking. So there's a different pressure to get that special armor - you can still pwn without it, but you would look a lot cooler in it. You can do whatever you want whenever you want, it's not a race to get better armor to be stronger in PvP. In fact, if you like PvP you can play solely in PvP without ever touching the PvE aspect.And PvP is where GW completely turns the tables on WoW. There's no such thing as gear that takes months to obtain that makes you better in PvP.
